What services do you offer?
Our core service is to take a design and a cost advice issued by the Water Company and to find a suitable installation specialist to carry out the work. We can also offer additional services as required to help achieve this goal.
When is the right time to contact?
We can help you at any stage up to the point in which you have entered into an Adoption Agreement with the Water Company and a Self-Lay Provider.
What information do I need to provide?
This depends on where you are in the process. If you have already made a requisition for new connections from the Water Company, we will need to get the Cost Advice and the designs produced.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Installation specialists usually express interest in a job within 72 hours and provide a quote within 14 days, which includes the time for clarifying any questions they may have.
Do I have to wait for all quotes to be received?
Not at all. We will communicate incoming quotes as they come in, and you can make a decision at any time.
What is the cost of your service?
Our core service is free of charge. We do not charge for our time or for the quotes we provide. Additional services such as arranging site surveys and traffic management assessments are subject to a fee.
